What is arthritis?

Arthritis is an inflammation of one or more body joints. If you hold a fishy odor, why not try soy? Soybeans have the benefit of fighting the same inflammation as omega-3 fatty acids. Not only delicious but soy is very beneficial for health. Soy is indeed low in fat but also high in protein and fiber.

Olive oil will help relieve pain and stiffness in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Olive oil has an anti-inflammatory property of folic acid, which is the same acid in anti-inflammatory steroids. Olive oil also contains antioxidants such as polyphenols and omega-3 fatty acids. Alongside extra virgin olive oil, avocado and safflower oils are also advised.

Broccoli, cauliflower, and other vegetables can protect the development of arthritis.

Broccoli contains many vitamins K and C, and a compound called sulforaphane that helps prevent or slow the development of osteoarthritis. Broccoli rich in calcium is very good for maintaining bone health.

Green tea is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. This chemical substance is significant to reduce inflammation and slow down the breakdown of cartilage. Other antioxidants in green tea named Epigallocatechin-3-gallate, are also advised to block the production of molecules that cause joint damage in rheumatoid arthritis sufferers.

Peas provide fiber for the body. Peas are a source of protein that is essential for muscle health. Some other nuts contain folic acid, magnesium, iron, zinc and potassium. This nutrient is known for heart and immune system benefits. You can try red beans, chickpeas and nuts Pinto.

Good news for people who love to eat garlic. Garlic and other foods from the allium family such as onions and scallion can reduce the symptoms of early osteoarthritis. A compound called diallyl disulfide in garlic can limit the enzyme cartilage that damages human cells.
